摘要:
目的 本试验旨在探究不同水平脂肪粉对海兰褐蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标和养分表观代谢率的影响,为脂肪粉在蛋鸡饲粮中的应用提供科学依据。 方法 试验选取270只44周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组提供基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加2%和4%脂肪粉。预饲期1周,试验期为8周。以重复为单位每日记录产蛋数、异常蛋数、蛋重,每周记录耗料量,统计平均日采食量、产蛋率、平均蛋重、料蛋比;48和52周龄时采集鸡蛋和血清测定蛋品质和血清生化指标;52周龄时采集粪便测定养分表观代谢率。 结果 与对照组相比,①2%脂肪粉组49~52周龄蛋鸡的平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05)。②2%和4%脂肪粉组48周龄蛋鸡的蛋壳厚度显著降低(P<0.05),而52周龄的蛋比重显著提高(P<0.05)。③2%脂肪粉组48周龄蛋鸡血清中碱性磷酸酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白A含量显著降低(P<0.05)。④2%脂肪粉组52周龄蛋鸡血清中谷丙转氨酶活性、免疫球蛋白G含量显著提高(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白A含量显著降低(P<0.05)。 结论 添加2%和4%脂肪粉可以显著提高海兰褐蛋鸡采食量和蛋品质,但可能存在抑制脂质代谢的风险。本试验中脂肪粉的建议添加量为2%。
