Analyzing Polymorphism of SLA-DQA Gene and Its Relationship with Production Performance in Sutai Pigs

Abstract: The SLA-DQA gene in Sutai pigs was analyzed by PCRRFLP method, the
results showed that the 722 base of ORF in SLA-DQA gene has a A→G mutation , after digested by restriction endonuclease TaqⅠ，there showed two kinds of genotypes, AA and AG . The correlation between the two genotypes with the production performances in Sutai pigs was analyzed, the results showed that there was no correlation between the average production performances of the pigs with SLA-DQA gene.
