A Review of the Effect of Heat Stress on Metabolism in Poultry

Abstract

Abstract: In recent years,with the development of intensive in poultry industry and increasing of the temperature.Heat stress is more and more serious for poultry's production.This review summarized the effects of heat stress on basal, energy,protein and amino acids metabolism,fat digestibility and blood physiological and biochemical parameters related to metabolism,to explore regular change of heat stress on animal. It will provide theoretical basis to moderate heat stress.
