猪卵母细胞冷冻保存效果的评判

Abstract

Abstract: The establishment of a quick, accurate and effective method would help develop the investigation of oocyte cryopreservation and then, as the feedback, improve the efficiency of oocyte cryopreservation. A large number of highly qualified oocytes could facilitate the studies on mammalian gamete and embryo engineering. The present review focused on the introduction of several methods to evaluate the porcine oocyte cryopreservation, including morphology and subsequent developmental ability.
