摘要: 在饲料禁抗政策全面实施的背景下,非营养性添加剂作为抗生素替代品在鹌鹑养殖中的应用研究日益受到关注。文章系统综述了植物提取物及其衍生物、益生菌、酶制剂、有机酸和抗菌肽5类非营养性添加剂在鹌鹑生产中的应用研究进展,其中,植物提取物及其衍生物通过调控动物消化吸收、免疫功能和抗氧化能力等多途径改善鹌鹑生产性能;益生菌通过调节肠道菌群平衡、增强肠黏膜屏障功能和提高免疫力等机制发挥作用;酶制剂主要通过降解抗营养因子、提高养分利用率来提高鹌鹑生产性能;有机酸通过降低胃肠道pH、抑制病原菌增殖等途径对鹌鹑健康产生积极影响;抗菌肽兼具直接抑菌和免疫调节双重功能。非营养性添加剂的应用可显著提高鹌鹑的生长性能、产蛋率及饲料转化率,改善肉、蛋品质,维护肠道健康。文章还探讨了不同添加剂的作用机制、适宜添加剂量及应用中存在的问题,并对未来研究方向进行了展望,以期为鹌鹑健康养殖和饲料添加剂研发提供理论参考。
