摘要: 干扰素(interferon,IFN)是人和动物细胞受到适宜刺激产生的一种微量的、具有高度生物学活性的糖蛋白,是一种具有广谱抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗多发性硬化、抑制细胞增长和免疫调节作用的细胞因子。自20世纪50年代末发现干扰素以来,相关研究取得了巨大进展。文章综述了干扰素的抗病毒机制及其在抗口蹄疫病毒中的应用进展。

Abstract: Interferon is a kind of glycoproteins with a high degree of biological activity,synthesized and secreted by somatic cells of all mammalian species when stimulated properly; with the function of broad-spectrum anti-viral,anti-tumor,anti-multiple sclerosis,inhibiting cell growth and mediating immune response. Since the discovery of interferon 50 years ago,great progress has been made so far. This article reviews the signal transduction,anti-virus mechanisms and their application in anti-FMD.
