Abstract: Porcine allergic action can be caused by injecting vaccines,especially some species.Allergic action can cause animal death without curing in time.Allergic action is mainly mediated by IgE (immunoglobulin E).Separation and purification of porcine serum IgE is the precondition and foundation of detecting porcine allergic action by ELISA.IgE’s content is minimum in health adult,porcine serum IgE level hasn’t accurate report.The purpose of this experiment was that through extract IgE from blood serum of artificial infected cephalocyst and identify serum IgE by SDS-PAGE, thereby create the best method to extract IgE from porcine serum.
