Abstract: Toll-like receptor 4 is the transmembrane receptor of lipopolysaccharides（LPS），it mediates a variety of injury response induced by LPS. The experiments on chicken lymphocytes induced by LPS with 6，12，24，48 h，to show IL-1β，NF-κB levels，as in-depth study of intracellular TLR4-mediated LPS signaling basis. The results showed that LPS induced cells，IL-1β，NF-κB content increased，both reached the maximum at 24 h，and then began to decreased. The groups in 12，24 h were significantly higher than the control groups (P<0.05)，the groups in 6，48 h groups were not significantly higher than the control groups(P>0.05).
