Abstract: To study the effect of taurochenodeoxycholic acid (TCDCA) on cyclophosphamide-induced immunologic function of immunosuppressed mice. Immunosuppressed mice were established by peritoneal injection of cyclophosphamide (CTX, 50 mg/kg). TCDCA (100 mg/（kg·d）) was given by oral administration for 7 d. Using gravimetric method and spectrophotometry, the immune organ index, the antibody levels, the monocyte-macrophage phagocytosis and the lysozyme content of serum were determined. TCDCA had no significant impact on the thymus index, the spleen index and the hemolysin level of immunosuppressed mice serum; TCDCA could significantly improve the monocyte-macrophage phagocytic function and serum lysozyme levels of immunosuppressed mice. TCDCA could enhance immune function of CTX-induced immunosuppressed mice and had a certain protective effect to immune imbalance body.
