Progress in Studies on Pathogen of Bovine Tuberculosis

Abstract

Abstract: Bovine tuberculosis is a zoonotic infectious diseases，human tuberculosis and animal tuberculosis by cross-transmission caused wide spread of the tuberculosis，one of the important reasons. Epidemic spreading of the disease directly affects the livestock industry in the development，but also infects humans through various means，and have great risks on human health. In this paper，the characteristics and classification of tuberculosis pathogens were viewed.It mainly summaried the genomes comparaison of Mycobacterium bovis and Mycobacterium tuberculosis，as well as the distinction between them and identification of them.
