The Research Advances in the Drug of Anti-Schistosoma japonicum

Abstract

Abstract: Schistosoma japonicum, one of important zoonotic parasite, has an important socio-economic and public healthy effect, which caused high attention of domestic and abroad scholar. The latest advance of medicine for S. japonicum was reviewed in this paper, especially for drug metabolism, mechanism of action and clinical application of praziquantel, artemisinin and nithiocyanamine, which settles rationale for prevention and cure of S.japonicum.
