奶牛临床型乳房炎病原菌的分离与鉴定

Abstract

Abstract: Dairy mastitis happens frequently in cattle farm. Because of the complicated cause and no effective therapy, it has brought the cattle farms large economic loss. A series of experiments were designed to discover the reason why the disease happen in the cattle farm.76 bacterium were isolated from 105 samples of dairy mastitis, including 58 of streptococcus agalactiae(76.32%), 18 of escherichia coli(23.68%). The result demonstrates that Streptococcus agalactiae is main bacterium causing bovine clinical mastitis, the next is escherichia coli. It is important for the prevention and cure of bovine clinical mastitis.
