摘要: 猪圆环病毒2型感染常引起不同生长阶段猪的免疫系统损伤,造成猪机体免疫功能不全和对疾病高度易感,给养猪业带来巨大损失,所以建立一种快速的检测技术对该病的防制至关重要,目前国内外许多学者对检测方法做了大量研究,文章对PCV2的检测方法作一介绍。

Abstract: PCV2 infection can cause immune system damage in pigs at different growth stages, immune dysfunction caused and highly susceptible to diseases, causes huge losses to the pig, so establish a rapid detection of the disease prevention is essential. Many scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on detection methods, the paper unified descripted of the detection method of PCV2.
