Abstract: evaluate precisely study is to use directly genes associated to traits, and the speeding development of research on functional genome provides possibility for achieving this aim. At the same time, along with the genome of many livestock breeds having been sequenced and lots of SNP having been found, the genomic selection method, which use the SNP markers covering the whole genome, exploit a new way for genetic evaluation of livestock.
