毛发中克伦特罗检测方法的研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: The use of Clenbuterol as growth promoter in animal rearing has been banned. The control of the illegal use of Clenbuterol is vital. Hair samples have the advantage of high drug accumulation and can be easily collected,transported, and stored. Therefore,hair samples have been reported to be the material for the first screening of the possible illegal use of Clenbuterol. This review summarizes the methods for determination of Clenbuterol in hair,including pretreatment,extraction,purification and analysis.
