Abstract: This experiment was carried out to study the cell quality of different FSH source,different lamb age and induction with different hormone. The IVF quality influenced by the oocyte mature time and the influence of different level of cell were studied. The results indicated that the number of oocyte obtained from lambs doesn’t differ obviously whether using FSH made in Canada or Ningbo,but the former will resulted in a better quality and higher cleavage rate. The best cultivating time was 26 to 30 h. The development of oocyte in different stage showed no significant difference.
