不同重悬细胞法在洗涤过程中对水牛外周血单个核细胞活率的影响

Abstract

Abstract: The peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PMBC) activity of buffalo was comported by different resuspension methods during washing process.The PBMC was separated by density gradient centrifugation，then cell was resuspended by transferpettor-spirting method ＆ centrifuge tube-sloshing method, when cell was washed three times the activity was evaluated. The cell activity by transferpettor-spirting method ＆ centrifuge tube-sloshing method was（74.9±2.6）% and（98.5±0.5）% respectively, the difference of cell activity was significant(P<0.01). The activity of PBMC was higher by centrifuge tube-sloshing, which could provide an useful method for further study that requiring higher cell activity. 
