Abstract: Feeding no castration boar has more advantages, but accumulation of androstenone and skatole causing the boar taint which limit their feeding the main bottleneck. This paper summarizes the constitutive androstane receptor and boar taint compounds(androstenone and skatole) metabolism relationship studing. In order to to find a more appropriate way to reduce the boar taint provide a theoretical basis.
